Back in 1995, when I was just a student of class 5th, my class teacher started installed a display board for students to display their talents. While most of them were making collages and posters, I watched the display boards getting updated.
It was for the sole purpose of getting my name on that board, I asked my mother regarding what should I do, and she calmly replied, “Write a poem.”
And thus began a journey of putting words through the rhythm maker.
This is my first poem written during summer of 95
Everybody gets pain in his life,
It is like a sharp knife,
If you want to gain,
You have to overcome the pain,
Don’t get frightened of pain,
Fight it so it may go away,
Whenever you get pain,
Remember the happiness will come again.
