An-One origins is a comic book series published by Curious Bit publication. The first issue has already been dissected and now it’s time for the second issue to go under the knife.

Art
Compared to issue 1, the artwork in issue 2 is quite different. The depiction of characters has definitely improved, the action sequences are even more better but the vibrancy of colours has dampened substantially. One major issue is that the original character in issue 1 looks completely different in issue 2. In spite of this glaring differences the artwork is still the best part of this comic series.
Story
Once again the problem in this comic book series continues. While issue one ended with too many questions, issue two begins from a completely different point in time. Neither do we get closure for the cliffhanger ending of previous issue, no do we get any explanation for the same throughout this issue. As a reader you have hardly understood about the characters in previous issue and then you are exposed to an entirely new set of characters. Though the pace of this story is very quick, there is once again hardly any focus on explaining the world to the reader.
Final Verdict
An-One appears to be an interesting story but the way it has been presented so far is going to be it’s biggest downfall. Even after 2 issues, we are getting no answers and it becomes a tiring read because of that. Hope to finally understand the plot in issue 3.
