What is it that we seek,
Is it money? Or eternal peace?
Is it fame? Or societal validation?
Fancy cars and Lavish Vacations.

What is it that we chase?
Indulging in this mindless rat race.
Do we know, our own destination?
The colour of our own carnation.

Do we have the answer to our queries?
An explanation to all the life theories?
What is true? And what is a profound lie?
We live in darkness and truth we deny.

Truth my friend is floating in sight,
Deep within our soul it resides.
What we seek is buried deep inside our bust,
What we seek is just a sprinkle of stardust.
